Tenry offers 1-10 years warranty, and the warranty time depends on the battery type and application, please confirm with us case by case. For battery under warranty, if it damaged due to non-human factors, please provide proof such as pictures, testing results, videos according to our request to confirm it’s really damaged, when it’s hard to confirm, we may need the buyer send us physical samples to testing, once confirmed, we will fulfil our warranty responsibility.
Tenry has no warranty obligation for battery subjected to the following conditions (including but not limited to):
1. Damages incurred during installation or removal.
2. Damages caused by improper handling.
3. Inappropriate Environmental Exposure.
4. Damages caused by improper maintenance
5. Tampering, Altering, and/or Disassembly of batteries.
6. Damage caused by force majeure, such as lightning, fire, flood, or other natural disasters.
7. Any product whose ID or serial number has been altered, defaced, or removed.
