Q: Can you add any communication protocol?
A: Yes we can, normally we add RS 485, RS 232 and CAN for the lithium batteries, for other protocol, please check with us case by case.
Q: What kind of shipping method you can arrange?
A: Express, air, Sea and land shipment, but it doesn’t mean that we can arrange any shipping way for lithium rechargeable batteries to any countries, battery is unlike normal goods, shipment is more complicated.
Q: Are your battery with real capacity?
A: Yes of course, we use only grade A cells, totally new and real capacity, and we never exaggerate the capacity.
