Production process of our lithium ion battery packs:
1. Do cell test to check the performance.
2. Matching group to make sure the consistency of each cells.
3. Add battery cell holder if necessary.
4. Spot welding.
5. Test the BMS and then add on battery pack.
6. Shrink PVC outside, or add insulation sheets first if necessary.
7. 100% inspection by multifunctional tester.
8. Do aging test (normally 2 times charge and discharge ).
9. Packing and shipping.
